RETURN FAQs

Return by Mail:

  • Send your return back to us within 2 weeks of receiving your item(s) for a full refund or within 3 weeks for store credit.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with tags attached
  • Refunds will be made in the form of original payment or store credit once the original item is received back to our warehouse
  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • All final sale, monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Use the link to the returns form above to receive shipping instructions via email

 

Return In Store:

Made a purchase online but would like to drop it off at our shop and skip the shipping? We can do that! Drop your items off at the shop during normal business hours and your return will be processed through our online system within 1-2 business days.
