EXCHANGE FAQs
Exchange by Mail:
- Exchanging an item is cheaper than returning it! Send us your exchange back and we reship your new items to you for free!
- Send your exchange back to us within 3 weeks of receiving your item(s) to switch for another item(s) or for store credit.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with tags attached.
- All final sale, monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by invoice number and/or original purchaser's name and purchase date. Can't find that info? Use the Exchanges form above and we will try to track it down for you.
- Use the link to the Exchanges form above to receive shipping instructions via email.
Exchange In Store:
Made a purchase online but would like to drop it off at our shop and skip the shipping? We can do that! Drop your items off at the shop during normal business hours and your return will be processed through our online system within 1-2 business days.
If you would like to stop by the shop to exchange an item (i.e. you would like a different size), use the Exchanges form above to let us know you'll be stopping by. Items online and items in the shop may vary and we'd like to be sure we have what you need at the shop ready and waiting for you!
